Our process begins with a “Musical Vision” consultation where we meet with you and the client to translate abstract feelings into a concrete playlist and energy flow for the night. This session ensures we are in perfect “client vision alignment” from the start, acting as a true creative partner, not just a supplier.

I want to work with vendors who are proactive. How do you interact with the other creative partners who are working to make my event successful? 

Our process includes proactively contacting your key vendors to align on timelines, logistics, and technical needs. We are here to meet with you and discuss all logistics and details in preparation for the event. Furthermore, on the day of, we view other vendors as key team players and we look forward to connecting with them to make your day run smoothly. 

How can I personalize the band’s performance to reflect our personal style?

Our performance is never a standard setlist. It is a curated experience built from the “Musical Vision” consultation. By understanding the client’s personalities and musical tastes, and by incorporating their special requests, we create a performance that feels entirely their own.

We believe in working as creative partners with you and your vision. With all of our musical groups, we provide a list of repertoire so that you can customize which songs work within your music goals of your event. You can also request which genre of music you wish to hear more of. 

For the showband, a template for your song requests at special moments, and a list of their extensive repertoire is provided upon signing a contract. Just as a DJ would mix live at your event, the showband’s setlist is curated live whilst performing. In this way, the musical director of the band reads and understands the atmosphere of the moment, and matches the energy of the guests and their musical preferences.
